Is this the same as the paid plan?
It uses the same reply rules and the same escalation rules. In the paid plan a person also checks every reply, replies are posted to your Google Business Profile with your permission, and you get alerts and a monthly summary.
Do you keep the review I paste?
We do not save it. The text is sent to our AI provider only to draft the reply, and nothing is posted anywhere. Please do not paste private details.
Why was my review flagged?
Reviews that mention lawyers, injuries, health, safety, discrimination or refund disputes need the owner's judgment, so the real product sends them to you first. You still get a careful draft to start from.
