Every staged photo carries a label saying it is virtually staged, and we deliver the original photo with it, so buyers see exactly what changed. Some states and MLSs now require this kind of disclosure. We do it on every image, everywhere.
Furniture, not fiction.
We add furniture and decor to empty rooms. We do not hide defects, change views or alter the structure of the home, because that would mislead buyers and put your license at risk.
Never staged without asking.
If we reach out to you first, we stage one room as a private, watermarked sample for the listing agent only. We never publish it or share it with anyone else.
