Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month. To cancel, reply to any of our emails and your plan runs to the end of the month you already paid for.
Who owns the website?
You keep your business name, content, photos, domain and leads. The template, code and hosting are ours, and we look after them while you are with us. If you ever leave, we hand over your content and help you point your domain elsewhere.
What does the AI receptionist say?
It answers only from the information on your site and what you tell us: services, hours and service area. If it does not know, it takes the customer's name and number and sends it to you. You decide whether it mentions prices.
How fast can I be live?
Live in about a week. You check a private preview first, and nothing goes live or is charged until you approve it.
Is setup included?
Starter has a one time setup fee. Pro includes setup at no extra cost. AI Chat for your website has no setup fee: we add it to the site you already have.
Can I change things later?
Yes. Email us new services, photos, hours or prices. Small changes are included and usually done within a couple of business days.
Do you post reviews or replies without asking?
We reply to new reviews in your voice. Anything angry, legal or about a specific job goes to you first and is never posted without you. We never write fake reviews.

How much does a sprint cost?
Sprints start from $7,500 per two week sprint, and most MVPs take 2 to 4 sprints. Final scope and price are quoted after a scoping call, within 24 hours.
How much can you ship in two weeks?
Enough for one complete flow: sign up, the core feature and a release. We scope tightly before we start, keep a dedicated team on your sprint, and use modern tooling including AI for the repetitive parts. A person reviews every piece of work.
Who owns the code?
You do. Everything we build for you is pushed to your repositories and accounts.
What if the scope changes mid sprint?
We agree any change with you first. Small adjustments fit in the sprint; bigger ones become a follow up sprint with its own fixed price.
